Man l\u00e4sst es kochen bis das Fleisch weich wird. Man kann etwas vom Bio-Oliven\u00f6l aus Arbequina Virgen Extra FH1898 zuf\u00fcgen. Das Gericht kann sowohl kalt, als auch bei Zimmertemperatur verzehrt werden.
