Die Mischung sieben und abk\u00fchlen lassen. Milch, Zimt und Zitronenschale in einen Topf geben. Die Eier werden zusammen mit Zucker und dem \u00d6l vom Anis-Anbraten geschlagen. Der Mischung die bereits aromatisierte Milch zuf\u00fcgen und in eine Puddingform gie\u00dfen, auf derem Boden der vorher aus dem 150 g Zucker zubereitete Karamell gegossen worden ist. Die Milch erw\u00e4rmen und die Mischung zugeben. Bei st\u00e4ndigem Umr\u00fchren abwarten bis die Masse dick und cremig wird. Wenn die Creme fertig ist, vom Feuer nehmen und abk\u00fchlen lassen. Danach mit Bio-Oliven\u00f6l aus Arbequina FH1898 schlagen, wobei man das \u00d6l langsam in Form eines feinen Strahls zugibt. Ist die Mischung fertig, wird sie in eine Eisform oder Schale gegeben und ins Gefrierfach gestellt. Sobald die Mischung halb gefroren ist, wird sie nochmals geschlagen, damit die Splitter zerschlagen werden, und wieder ins Gefrierfach gestellt.
